College Transport

          Transport for pupils to and from Swanmore College of Technology is by means of buses under a contract arrangement with the Hampshire County Council, and, Public bus services which also take fare paying passengers.  The Passenger Transport Department in Winchester is responsible for access to the contract buses and will make decisions relating to applications for entitlement to travel on these buses.

            Pupils from Whiteley are 'out of normal catchment' and are therefore required to make their own way to college.

          Closes at      2:55 pm  (14:55 hrs)

          In addition to the contract services; Solent Blue Line routes 52/52A and 59/59A also serve the college (more details can be obtained at www.carlberry.co.uk), as does Stagecoach (contact through 0845-121-0180) route 69 which has an additional service, No. 569, on schooldays only that departs Swanmore College at 15:00 for Fair Oak Square arriving at 15:20.
